He supports businesses in the areas of property law, state aid and regulatory law, advising on the implementation of investment projects based on funding decisions and zone permits, as well as conducting proceedings relating to the siting of residential and ancillary developments in Wrocław. He helps companies make legal and business decisions based on thorough analysis, ensuring the security and stability of their operations in commercial transactions.
He has conducted proceedings and advised on complex matters relating to state aid, including those concerning the granting, amendment, withdrawal, revocation and expiry of zone decisions and support decisions, as well as representing businesses in procedures relating to the repayment of financial subsidies. He provides ongoing operational support on matters relating to property law, energy law and special commercial transactions.
He holds a PhD in Law, specialising in the theory and history of constitutional law, with particular emphasis on parliamentary law and the guarantees of independence and the proper exercise of a parliamentary mandate. His wide-ranging expertise also covers issues relating to the theory and philosophy of law, as well as civil, criminal, administrative and international law. His advice is characterised by a practical approach, transparency and the ability to translate complex legal issues into concrete business solutions.
