LBKP is a law firm created by people who combine law, technology and business in real-life projects. We work closely with our clients, as a team and without unnecessary formalities, focusing on effective solutions rather than legal opinions alone.

Manager, attorney at law Specialist in M&A transactions and corporate law. She advises companies, investors and partners on acquisitions, restructuring and investment projects, combining transactional experience with an understanding of long-term business goals.

Jacek Cieśliński

Senior manager, attorney at law Expert in technology contracts and IT projects. Advises on negotiations with global technology suppliers and the implementation of complex digital projects, including cloud migrations and IT outsourcing. Valued for his clear, business-oriented communication and practical approach to risk.

Paulina Jeziorska

Senior manager, attorney at law Specialist in cybersecurity and financial sector regulation. Advises on DORA, NIS2 and MiCA projects, leading comprehensive implementations for financial institutions and technology companies. Combines law, technology and the operational realities of IT teams, compliance and management boards.

Paweł Kempa-Dymiński

Senior manager, attorney at law Expert in labour and employment law. Advises employers on the most complex employee matters, disputes concerning mobbing and discrimination, and relations with trade unions. Supports management boards and HR departments in decisions of key organisational importance.

Anna Żmidzińska

Counsel, attorney at law Expert in commercial, regulatory and consumer disputes, as well as ESG. Represents clients in complex court and regulatory proceedings, including before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). Combines procedural precision with a practical approach to dispute strategy and reputation risk management.

Ewa Knapińska

Senior counsel, attorney at law Specialist in technology, data and contract law in the digital environment. She advises technology and e-commerce companies on the creation and implementation of digital services, supporting the development of cooperation models, contract negotiation and the design of processes that comply with legal requirements. She combines law, data protection and product practice in projects involving online stores, platforms, applications and SaaS services.
