For years, he has advised entities from the IT, software development, fintech, banking and e-commerce sectors on strategically significant projects.
He leads projects concerning data protection, technology law, process automation, artificial intelligence and the regulation of digital services. He supports management boards, technology departments, product teams and security teams. He works at the intersection of law, engineering and business, ensuring a balance between legal certainty, operational efficiency and the pace of organisational scaling.
He has delivered numerous projects for Polish and international capital groups, including, among other things, cross-border data transfers and the implementation of systems with a global architecture, the development of cloud solutions and process automation, cybersecurity and cyber-compliance projects, GDPR audits, the implementation of systems based on artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, e-marketing regulations, and data governance in large sales ecosystems, as well as technological initiatives requiring a high level of cyber resilience.
He is the author and co-author of publications in the field of data protection and artificial intelligence, and a speaker at leading industry conferences. He is also a Lead Auditor of the ISO/IEC 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management System.
