TechnoLegals Onboarding

How do we build the visibility of experts in a way that starts with people?

From the very beginning, the #TechnoLegals ambassador programme has developed organically, at a pace set by those who wished to participate in it, test new forms of communication, and build their professional visibility in a way that aligns with their working style, personality and specialism. A natural progression from this stage of development was the creation of a shared starting point for those joining the programme – not a traditional training session, but a space to organise knowledge, set a direction and foster a sense that every ambassador is taking on this role consciously, with the backing and support of the team.

Experts visible not only in projects

This is how the #TechnoLegals onboarding came about – a discussion on how experts operate today in an environment where knowledge, experience and specialisation in project work naturally translate into a presence in the online professional sphere.

#TechnoLegals onboarding is a time to pause and take a broader look at how each participant wants to be perceived professionally, which areas of their practice they wish to communicate, and which audiences they actually want to reach. Discussions on personal branding are not about creating a new identity, but about the ability to articulate what we already do on a daily basis in a way that is understandable and valuable to others – clients, partners and the industry community.

A significant part of the session is devoted to working on LinkedIn profiles, as they serve as a tool supporting professional development. Headings, descriptions, how experience is presented, and the direction of communication. All these elements are discussed in the context of consistency, authenticity and specialisation, so that each ambassador can see their profile not merely as a business card, but as a space that works alongside them.

From individual actions to a shared community

We also touch upon LinkedIn’s algorithm and content visibility mechanisms; however, our work with ambassadors does not focus on technical details, but rather on understanding the underlying logic of the platform and using it in a conscious manner, without compromising on a professional tone. During our onboarding sessions so far, we have analysed how to talk about one’s work in an expert manner, yet in a human and accessible way, ensuring that a post builds a relationship; when it is worth developing a topic in a separate post, and when a comment is sufficient.

However, the most valuable element of the onboarding process has proved to be collaborative conceptual work. One person’s experiences spark ideas in another, and individual threads begin to form a broader picture of the topics in which #TechnoLegals can be present as a group of experts, rather than a collection of random profiles. The ambassador programme functions as a community of people who build their visibility together, exchange inspiration and mutually reinforce each other’s activities.

The beginning of the #TechnoLegals community

The first #TechnoLegals onboarding session was not so much the launch of the project as the moment when the experts began to act as informed brand ambassadors, retaining their individuality, style and specialisation whilst working towards a shared goal.

Each subsequent onboarding session brings us new experiences and ideas, the results of which can be followed via the LBKP LinkedIn profile (LINK), as well as individual #TechnoLegals profiles.
