He supports companies from the new technologies and GameDev industries in matters related to intellectual property, licensing, data protection and contract law. He advises one of the leading game developers in Poland, leading projects related to licensing, personal data processes and international aspects of development studios’ operations.
He has experience in proceedings before the EUIPO and the Patent Office, including trademark registration and obtaining subsidies for industrial property protection. He supports entrepreneurs in building business models that protect both their rights and commercial interests.
He also advises entities from the sports, e-sports, IT, e-commerce and digital services industries, combining legal knowledge with an understanding of the specifics of technological and creative projects. In the past, he served as Secretary of the Games and Discipline Committee of the Polish Rugby Union, which enriched his practice with regulatory and industry experience.
