He develops the firm’s marketing activities, ensuring its presence and quality of communication in social media. He combines knowledge of algorithms and trends with practical experience in managing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram profiles, effectively translating dynamic market changes into real image-building activities. In this way, he supports the consistency of the firm’s communication in the team’s daily activities, both in external channels and internal activities.
He prepares engaging content, presentations, newsletters and graphic materials, supporting both the firm’s image projects and business initiatives. He manages publications and co-creates marketing and employer branding campaigns, ensuring their quality, consistency and measurable results.
From the outset, he has been developing the TechnoLegals ambassador programme, which engages team members in building the firm’s brand ‘from within’ and supports the development of their expert presence in social media. The programme is part of LBKP’s long-term communication activities and organisational culture.
He coordinates the organisation of events, conferences and industry meetings, combining online communication with offline activities. In his work, he focuses on creativity, consistency and understanding the needs of the substantive teams.
