For over 15 years, he has been advising technology companies, e-commerce businesses and financial institutions on projects related to data, digital regulations, technologies and M&A transactions. He combines legal and operational perspectives, supporting organisations in the secure introduction of new solutions, scaling services and implementing data-driven business models.
He has worked with key market players in Poland and abroad, including Telenor ASA, KGHM, CCC, MODIVO, Nasza Klasa, GlobalLogic, Techland, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, and IBK Polska (Industrial Bank of Korea), implementing large-scale and complex projects. He has led regulatory transformations, restructuring processes, technological implementations and strategic IT contract negotiations — both on the supplier and customer sides. His experience also covers the areas of NewTech, AI, cloud computing and IP licensing.
As President of the ARBI3 Court of Arbitration and a long-standing Data Protection Officer in international organisations, he combines the skills of a new technology expert, regulatory specialist and practitioner responsible for implementing solutions in a real business environment. He is actively involved in the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, co-creating development directions and standards for the FinTech sector, and has also served as an Expert of the Digital Forum at the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers.
Co-author of books, commentaries, and dozens of articles in trade press publications within his areas of expertise. Speaker at numerous conferences and events, such as InfoShare, DORA Forum, and CyberSec Forum.
