Supports the development of digital products (online stores, platforms, applications and SaaS services) from a regulatory perspective (in particular, GDPR, know-how and IP protection, consumer law).

She advises on how to ensure compliance with the GDPR and information security requirements in a practical and proportionate manner. She acts as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for entities in the IT, cloud and financial industries. She conducts GDPR compliance implementations and reviews. She provides comprehensive services for the e-commerce industry, including preparing regulations and advising on digital marketing (promotions, competitions, loyalty programmes, cooperation with agencies and creators, marketing automation). She supports organisations in automation and new technology implementation projects, including those involving AI.

She advises entities from the e-commerce, IT, cloud, insurance and game development sectors. Her approach combines a practical understanding of technology with a focus on clarity, proportionality and security of legal solutions. She conducts training courses and publishes articles on personal data protection and IT.
