She supports business owners on matters relating to employment law and provides day-to-day assistance with issues concerning the employment of staff and associates. She assists clients, amongst other things, with establishing and terminating employment relationships, preparing employee documentation, and drafting and negotiating civil law contracts, management contracts and B2B cooperation agreements.
She participates in projects involving the implementation of internal policies and procedures, conducting audits, and analysing the compliance of HR processes with applicable legislation. She advises businesses on selecting the most suitable forms of employment and organisational arrangements, taking into account the specific nature of their operations and their business needs.
She has experience working with both Polish and international businesses.
