He advises entities from the GameDev, IT, e-commerce and automotive industries on VAT and CIT, with particular emphasis on tax reliefs and preferences for innovation and new technologies. He combines the experience of an external advisor with an in-house perspective. For several years, he headed the internal tax department of one of the largest Polish companies in the computer games industry.
He supports clients in transactions, transformations and restructurings, conducting comprehensive due diligence processes and helping to design secure and effective tax settlement structures. He works for both domestic and foreign entities, including dynamic technology companies and international capital groups.
He conducts training courses on changes in tax regulations and tax reliefs and preferences, including workshops tailored to the specific needs of the client’s team and classes conducted in cooperation with training companies and universities.
