She represents clients in court and regulatory proceedings, conducting commercial disputes, but also disputes concerning consumer protection, unfair market practices, protection of personal rights and reputation, and tort liability. She supports both entrepreneurs and individual clients, providing them with comprehensive services in cases of high business and reputational importance.
She conducts proceedings involving disputes with the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) and the Financial Ombudsman, in particular in the context of insurance, financial and mass services. She has many years of experience in cases against financial market entities, as well as in disputes concerning image protection, liability for publications, advertising content and marketing communication. She has represented clients in numerous complex cases, including before the Supreme Court.
She assists entrepreneurs in implementing ESG solutions, building compliance mechanisms, transparent corporate governance and tools to mitigate regulatory risks. She also works with marketing departments to combat greenwashing.
She serves as vice-president of ARBI3, supporting the development of an effective commercial arbitration model and supervising the substantive quality of proceedings. She combines procedural precision with a practical approach to litigation strategy, helping clients assess risks and make decisions based on facts and business objectives.
