She supports financial institutions, IT and cloud providers, and technology companies in adapting their operations to regulatory requirements and building secure models of cooperation with customers and business partners.
She manages projects comprehensively – from risk analysis and strategy preparation, through the development and negotiation of documentation, to final implementation and team training. She combines legal knowledge with a practical understanding of technology architecture, operational processes and the realities of the financial industry, working across disciplines with IT, compliance and management teams.
Previously, she advised on banking & finance and M&A transactions, which allows her to combine a regulatory approach with a business and transactional one. She is the author of specialist publications and actively shares her knowledge through regular industry commentary, webinars and training on DORA, NIS2 and digital regulations.
