He supports employers in key labour and employment law issues, particularly in matters relating to contract termination, mobbing, discrimination, conflict management, and relations with employees and trade unions. He helps companies design safe and effective cooperation models, select optimal forms of employment, and build documentation that reflects the realities of the organisation.
He also advises on corporate and business matters, accompanying entrepreneurs at various stages of company development – from choosing the form of business activity, through changes in ownership structure, to reorganisations and exits from investments. He has worked with entities from the vending industry, distributors of fashion and sports brands, FMCG companies, the HoReCa sector, and the creative and branding business, which allows him to combine a legal perspective with a practical understanding of distribution and brand-building models.
He heads the Italian Desk at LBKP, providing comprehensive legal support to Italian entrepreneurs developing their business in Poland and Polish companies investing in Italy. He now uses the experience he gained in law firms serving the Italian market in his work on cross-border projects, where, in addition to knowledge of regulations, intercultural communication and understanding of the specifics of local markets are key.
