He leads large, multi-threaded transaction projects, often involving real estate, covering both the strategic phase and the negotiation of key provisions and the shaping of ownership structures. He has completed projects worth a total of several billion zlotys for entrepreneurs from the GameDev, IT, manufacturing and HoReCa sectors, working with both dynamic growth companies and international organisations.
He advises companies on the strategic and investment implications of artificial intelligence regulations. He is the author of publications on gaming law, new technologies and AI.
He is the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Techland S.A., participating in work on strategic gaming projects.
