LBKP Company Christmas Eve 2025

Organisational culture is not created in documents, structures or procedures, but in everyday relationships and moments when the team meets outside the framework of their daily duties. For years, the company Christmas party has been an event that allows us to slow down for a moment, look back on the passing year from a distance and remind ourselves that the strength of LBKP has always been its team.

This year’s Christmas party had something special about it. It was a year of intense growth – the team, which in the past consisted of only eleven people, now exceeds thirty. And yet the atmosphere of the event remained intimate and warm.

Christmas jumpers and three thousand lights

This year, Christmas Eve was celebrated in accordance with the best tradition – at our Wrocław office. It is a space that is conducive to such gatherings: warm, bright, and suitably prepared for the December atmosphere (the time spent hanging lights remains a taboo subject).

The theme of this year’s dress code was Christmas jumpers. This is another year in which an informal competition took place in this regard, without any official awards being given.

One of the elements that stuck in the participants’ minds was the gingerbread decorating station. Everyone decorated as they wished – some treated it as preparing a meal for ‘later’, others found space for creative expression. It’s surprising how many hidden talents reveal themselves in such circumstances 😉

Speeches, summaries

As every year, in addition to mutual wishes, there were also expressions of gratitude for the team’s special commitment to large projects, for thinking outside the box and for the readiness to act, which we have repeatedly demonstrated to our clients over the past months.

We are pleased that we are growing as an organisation while maintaining our culture and values.
