Revocation of consent – you may revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Deletion of data – in certain situations, the GDPR grants you the so-called right to be forgotten. You may exercise this right if we are still processing your data, particularly in the following cases:
– no longer necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or otherwise processed;

– you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we process – for the period allowing us to verify the accuracy of the data;
– the processing of your personal data is unlawful, but instead of deleting it, you prefer the restriction of processing;
– we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;
– you have objected to the processing of your personal data – only until it is determined whether your interests outweigh our legitimate grounds for processing.

Data portability – you have the right to receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, if:
– processing is based on your consent or contract; and

Objection – for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to certain operations we carry out, particularly in the following cases:
– when we base our processing on our legitimate interest;
– when we process your personal data for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes.

However, please note that if, despite your objection, we conclude that there are important, legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, we will continue to process your data subject to the objection to the necessary extent. If you disagree with such an assessment, you may exercise your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (more information below).
